30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Policy on Customer Remorse

If you happen to change your mind, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within the 30-day period. Please note that we will only accept your return if

  • the item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packing, and with all tags and accessories.
  • the manufacturer seal is unopened (for items with a manufacturer seal).

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase. We'll provide you detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return of Wrong or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We'll send you a return shipping label as well as provide you detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package. You will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Returning an Order

To initiate a return, please contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase for detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Cancelling an Order

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

Lost Shipments

If at least 2 business days have elapsed after the expected delivery date and your order has not arrived, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to track your shipment and resolve any issues. If we cannot track your shipment after 5 business days of us becoming aware of the problem, the shipment will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund.


We'll notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved or not. Once approved, your original payment, minus shipping charges (if applicable), will be automatically refunded to you within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If at least 15 business days have elapsed after we have approved your refund and the amount is not reflected in your account, please contact us.
