Shipping Policy
Pick-ups
- We do not allow pick-ups as we are an online store only, so all orders are posted/shipped.
Shipping
- Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Sydney
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis
- You will receive an email notification that includes the courier tracking number when your order has shipped.
- The tracking information won’t be activated until it is scanned on our next courier pick up (weekdays only).
Delivery
- Please understand that how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries are out of our control.
- For delivery queries, please contact the courier company directly.
- If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.
Acceptance of Goods
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
- Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
