Shipping Policy


  • We do not allow pick-ups as we are an online store only, so all orders are posted/shipped.



  • Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Sydney
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis
  • You will receive an email notification that includes the courier tracking number when your order has shipped.
  • The tracking information won’t be activated until it is scanned on our next courier pick up (weekdays only).



  • Please understand that how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries are out of our control.
  • For delivery queries, please contact the courier company directly.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.


Acceptance of Goods

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
  • Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
